Orders & Deposits

All orders require a minimum of 30 jars. To secure your order date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the agreed delivery date. Coconut Loka reserves the right to decline orders at its discretion.
We accept a limited number of orders per weekend to maintain our quality standards.

Cancellations

Please note — all deposits are non-refundable once paid. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the delivery date, the full balance remains owing. If a cancellation is made outside of 14 days, only the deposit is forfeited.
Coconut Loka reserves the right to cancel an order in unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund of any payments made will be provided.

Delivery

Delivery is available across metropolitan Melbourne and surrounding areas of Victoria. Delivery to outer regions of Victoria is available upon agreement and at an additional fee discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking. Interstate delivery is available via refrigerated transport at the full cost of the client, organised upon request. Collection in person from Moonee Ponds, Melbourne is available by prior arrangement.

Transfer of Ownership & Responsibility

Upon delivery or collection, the client is required to sign off on receipt of the order. From the moment of sign-off, full ownership and responsibility for the product passes to the client. Coconut Loka accepts no responsibility for any damage, deterioration or loss that occurs after the product has been received and signed for. For in-person collection, Coconut Loka accepts no responsibility for product condition during the client's own transportation.

Storage & Serving

All Watalappan jars must be kept refrigerated at all times until serving. Coconut Loka provides delivery in refrigerated conditions up until the point of handover. It is the client's responsibility to ensure appropriate refrigeration is maintained from the point of receipt.

Allergens

Coconut Loka products contain eggs and coconut. Our products are made in a kitchen that may also handle other ingredients, including potential allergen traces. While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from all allergen traces. It is the client's responsibility to inform their guests of potential allergen risks. By placing an order, the client accepts full responsibility for communicating allergen information to their guests.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices confirmed at the time of booking are honoured for that order.

Tastings

Tasting packs of 4 jars are available at $50 upon request, for serious event enquiries following an initial consultation. Tasting packs are non-refundable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
